Workshop Center

is a daily employment center for people with special needs.

Work is an essential part of the daily routine at Beit Elisha and meets a variety
of physical and emotional needs of the members.
It provides appropriate, meaningful and respectful, diverse and creative
employment, as part of a complete therapeutic process.
The work in the employment workshops allows the members of Beit Elisha to
express their inner world, to discover skills and abilities and to belong to a
productive sector.
Most of the members work all week in a regular workshop. Permanency in the
workshop creates a sense of belonging and enables professionalization and
development in the variety of work that the workshop offers.
Beit Elisha’s workshop center has 9 employment workshops and the members
work five days a week

seasons, motor skills are acquired, exposure to the harmony of nature and
connection to the processes of life.
The workshop is staffed by friends who need physical work in an open space
